This week Groep Ubuntu hosts a LTT-event for Italian, Spanish, German, Norwegian and Flemish partners of the Erasmus+ project Safe4All.
Besides visits, 4 workshops will be held. One workshop is on a methodology to equip adults with tools that help them to identify situations ‘at risk’ and to deal with these challenges appropriately (Groep Ubuntu, Belgium).
A second workshop is on Job coaching and personal assistance (PREDIF, Spain). A third one is focusing on wellbeing and happiness (EASPD, Belgium).
All activities contribute to a ‘Safe4All’-approach to manage the Safety and Health-issues in a workplace with persons with disabilities (Workshop on the Safe4All approach led by IRECOOP, Italy).
